Vantage Select headlines a full portfolio demonstration at Booth #801, alongside the Element Inserter, Print+ Statement, Infinity Plus, the Strata software suite and BlueCrest Partner Service solutions
Danbury, CT, [April 27, 2026] — BlueCrest will give attendees of the 2026 National Postal Forum an early look at Vantage Select, the new compact letter sorting system engineered for operations that need high-efficiency sorting in a smaller footprint. The technology preview will run live on the show floor at Booth #801 during NPF, held May 3–6 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Vantage Select reflects an ongoing investment in equipment that fits the operational realities of today's mail centers. BlueCrest understands many mailers are working with less floor space, tighter capital budgets, and smaller teams than they were a decade ago, yet still face the same volume and accuracy expectations. The new Vantage Select system is designed to address that gap directly, bringing reliable letter sorting performance into environments where larger platforms are simply not practical.
Full Portfolio on Display
Alongside the Vantage Select preview, BlueCrest will run live demonstrations of its broader equipment and software portfolio, including:
- Element Inserter with Tower Feeder — a compact inserter built for low-volume, low-page-count jobs, with a vertical tower feeder that expands feeder capacity without expanding floor space.
- Print+ Statement — a high-quality inkjet printer integrated in-line with the Element inserter, designed for small-job processing and reprint workflows.
- Infinity Plus — an inline envelope printing solution that handles permit indicia, dates, taglines, and barcodes. With the June 2026 IMI mandate approaching, the system offers mailers a practical path to compliance without disrupting existing workflows.
- Strata Cloud software platform — including Output Manager for print stream enhancement, OfficeMail for desktop mail aggregation, Sphere for production dashboards and reporting, and Clarity for productivity monitoring.
- Partner Service Solutions — BlueCrest's nationwide, multi-vendor service organization, with 800+ technicians across North America supporting mail, print, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
Visitors to the booth will see these systems working together the way they would in a production environment, including live application runs that take print streams from the Strata platform through the Print+ Statement printer and into the Element inserter.
We’re excited about NPF because it gives us a chance to show our customers what we have been building,
said Kevin O’Connor, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at BlueCrest. But even more than that, it lets us hear directly from them about what comes next. The Vantage Select preview is a good example of that feedback loop. It reflects the kind of equipment our customers have been asking for: reliable, capable, and sized for the way they operate today.
