Dennis LeStrange
Chief Executive Officer

Dennis LeStrange joined BlueCrest as Chief Executive Officer in June, 2019. With over 20 years of senior executive management experience in the mail equipment and services industry, his expertise and results in product development, leveraging technology, software assets and organization transformation is particularly valued as BlueCrest continues its transformative journey. 

Prior to his appointment as CEO of BlueCrest, Dennis led Neopost’s Worldwide Small and Mid-Sized Equipment ("SME") Division that manufactured physical mail hardware and developed software for digital business communications management segments, including Business Process Automation and Customer Communication Management and Shipping software. In addition, Dennis served as Neopost’s President and Chief Executive Officer for Neopost USA and Chief Operating Officer of Neopost North America. Dennis’s prior roles include executive positions with IKON North America, A-Copy and Savin Corporation.

Dennis has a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College,/SUNY Binghamton and he is chairman emeritus of the Advisory Board at Pennsylvania State University Great Valley—School of Graduate Professional Studies.

John P. Capasso
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of BlueCrest, John P. Capasso is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and effectively managing the business to drive growth and achieve financial targets.

John brings to this role significant experience leading global businesses and financial organizations for both Private Equity and Public Companies. He also has substantial M&A experience acquiring and integrating businesses.

Prior to joining BlueCrest, John held four CFO roles with Private Equity sponsored businesses.  Most recently, he was at Chembulk Tankers, a leading global deep sea chemical shipping business, where he led the financial operations.

Previously, John was CFO at Gerber Technology, Inc., a global manufacturer of automation equipment and software solutions as well as aftermarket parts, consumables and services for apparel and industrial customers.  

Before Gerber, John was Vice President and CFO for Varel International Energy Services in Dallas, Texas. He also held multiple financial and operational leadership roles within SPX Corporation, a Fortune 500 multi-industry, global company.  Prior to SPX, John held financial leadership roles at Cubic Toll Systems a division of Cubic Corp San Diego, CA (NYSE-CUB).  He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

John earned a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and attended the Stern School of Business at New York University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs and Connecticut State Society of CPAs.

Brian K. Davis
Chief Operating Officer

Brian K. Davis is Chief Operating Officer at BlueCrest bringing more than 25 years of experience in transitioning global operations within the high-tech industry. Leveraging his comprehensive experience in product development, supply chain management and developing high-performing teams, Brian integrates business-level strategies that transform and significantly improve financial results.

Brian recently served as Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Amazon Robotics, where he led the operation through its extreme growth. Prior to Amazon Robotics, he was Vice President of Operations at Symmons Industries, responsible for restructuring the global supply chain and reducing the design-to-production cycle time. Brian also was Vice President of Operations at Universal Instruments after spending over 14 years at Dell/EMC in various senior operational roles.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Susan Gabrielsen
Vice President, North America Sales

Susan Gabrielsen is North America Vice President of Sales for BlueCrest, responsible for driving sales strategy, planning and execution across the complete BlueCrest technology and service portfolio targeting major banks, insurance providers, service bureaus and a broad regional client base. Susan brings to her role extensive cross-industry experience, leadership and high-performance sales management expertise.

Prior to joining BlueCrest, Susan held senior management roles at IBM and Cisco. At IBM, Susan was Global Vice President, Systems and Technology Group and IBM Global Services. She also held multiple sales, services and technical architect roles with the company.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with Honors from Colgate University.

Karthik Krishnamurthy
Senior Vice President, Transformation

Karthik Krishnamurthy is Senior Vice President of Transformation at BlueCrest where he spearheads the development of the company’s strategy, including acquisitions, and is responsible for establishing the infrastructure and management system to meet growth and financial objectives.

Prior to his current position, Karthik held various leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, including VP of Transformation. He also was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President & General Manager for the company’s Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) region, where he led key regional initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable, long term growth.

Previously, Karthik held leadership roles across the globe and in various industries and has a successful track record of restructuring and turning around underperforming operations. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG, and subsequently worked for companies in the software and technology industries.

Karthik holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Bangalore, India. He is also a Chartered Accountant in India and a Certified Public Accountant.

Leif Pettersson
Vice President, Sales, Europe/Australia/New Zealand

Leif Pettersson is Vice President of Sales for BlueCrest in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for driving sales across the company’s broad range of enterprise print, mail and parcel solutions designed to help clients, including some of the world’s largest corporations, postal organizations and parcel logistics companies, drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Previously, Leif was Vice President of Sales in Europe for Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies (DMT). Prior to this role, he was Sales Director for the UK/Nordic region of DMT, responsible for driving growth of all products enabling enterprises, banks, service bureaus and government posts to meet their customer communication needs.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Leif was with IBM Global Services where he was responsible for leading large outsourcing projects. Leif also served as Sales Manager for IBM Printing Systems in the Nordic region. Prior to these positions, Leif held plant management, logistics and system engineering roles at IBM.

Leif earned a degree in Electrical Engineering at Thorildsplans School of Engineering and Economics at Stockholm University.

Guido Rietti, VP Global Partner Channel

Guido Rietti
Vice President, Global Partner Channel

Guido Rietti is the Vice President of BlueCrest's Global Partner Channel, responsible for leading the company's network of business partners in countries that do not have a direct presence. He also has overall management responsibility for BlueCrest’s direct operations in Japan, India and Brazil.

Having started with Pitney Bowes as a business partner manager more than 20 years ago, and helping build and manage its growing business partner network, Guido brings direct and relevant experience in leading the global partner channel for BlueCrest. He also brings significant expertise in business development and management of successful business turnarounds.

Guido holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Kingston University in the UK.

Tim Rodriguez
Senior Vice President, Global Services

Tim Rodriguez is Senior Vice President of Global Services at BlueCrest. He is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers consistent and sustainable world-class services and solutions to its thousands of clients across the globe.

Tim began his career with Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility including Client Operations Manager, Director of Technology Service, Regional Account Manager, Area Operations Director and Vice President of Western Operations. In 2013, Tim transitioned to Pitney Bowes Global Services (PBGS) where he held the positions of Western District Service Director and Western Area Senior Vice President.

Tim studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Aeronautical Engineering in Queens, New York.

Arvind Sahu
Vice President, Information Technology

Arvind Sahu is Vice President of Information Technology at BlueCrest and is responsible for leading the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, building its IT infrastructure, and developing its IT strategy. He brings to the position strong leadership skills and extensive experience leading teams in ERP infrastructure, business intelligence, and the implementation of tools and systems that support the needs of the business.

Arvind’s previous roles include various Information Technology positions at BearingPoint, CAP Gemini Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, UBS AG, Purdue Pharma, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Unilever and most recently, News America Marketing, a subsidiary of NewsCorp.

Arvind earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Utkal University and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management.

Christopher Reid Smith
General Counsel

 

As General Counsel of BlueCrest, Christopher Reid Smith is responsible for the overall legal guidance on global operations and strategies and leading a legal function that is responsive, efficient, and enhances the legal contracting process for clients.

Christopher brings to his current role more than 20 years of combined in-house and law firm practice, including more than a decade of in-house experience counseling executive management on international strategic and operational matters. He also has extensive experience with technology companies in areas such as Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software, and Cloud Computing.

Prior to joining BlueCrest, Christopher was Corporate Counsel at Crowd Computing Systems, Inc., a leading global robotic process automation and AI software company with operations in North America, EMEA and APJ.

Previously, Christopher was Deputy General Counsel for VCE Company, LLC of Marlborough, MA, a high-growth, industry-leading, converged infrastructure and cloud computing company.

Before VCE Company, Christopher was Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Republic Financial Corporation, where he also served as Corporate Counsel. His law firm experience includes positions as Counsel and Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP, and Litigation Associate at Cetrulo & Capone.

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Trinity College, and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit), and the Colorado Bar.

Clive Stringer
Vice President, Global Product Management & Marketing

Clive Stringer is Vice President of Global Product Management & Marketing for BlueCrest.  In this role, he is responsible for the development, deployment and P&L of all BlueCrest product lines, including inserters, letter and parcel sorters, production printers, and the company’s newly-acquired software portfolio. He is also responsible for Professional Services globally.

Prior to his current position, Clive held a number of roles within Pitney Bowes, including Vice President, Presales and Vice President, Sales/Europe in addition to other UK and European sales leadership roles. Previously, Clive worked at IBM in various sales roles within the Printing Systems division over a period of seventeen years, including UK Sales Director.

Clive holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from North West College.

Steve Varga
Chief Technology Officer

Steve Varga, Chief Technology Officer, defines and executes a total solutions roadmap that expands our market leading innovation and value to BlueCrest clients, while driving the continued growth and success of the business on a global scale.

During his 35-plus year career in technology businesses, Steve has held a number of executive and consulting positions with top companies, including United Technologies, Harley Davidson, and Raytheon. In addition, he has developed successful client and customer relationships with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, FedEx, Maytag, and L3 Technologies.

Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President of R&D for Testo, Inc. a global test and measurement design and manufacturing firm based in Germany. Steve has also served as Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations at RF Technologies, Inc and Vice President of Engineering & Technology within United Technologies’ Climate, Controls, and Security Division.

In addition to building and leading world-class engineering and technology organizations, Steve brings P&L accountability experience from prior General Management roles, as well as technical and methodology acumen around wireless data, data analytics/AI, agile software development, data center operations, electro-mechanical & electro-optics engineering, product management, manufacturing operations, quality, field installation, service, and sales engineering. His leadership background spans successful start-ups, turn-arounds, rapid-growth, and multi-national corporations in many vertical markets of the technology sector.

Steve holds Electrical Engineering degrees from the New Hampshire Technical College, Raytheon Company’s continuing education program and successfully completed management training at the MIT Sloan School. He has actively worked with the IEEE, SAE, ASQ, and the NH High-Technology Council over the years, and has held high-level security clearances with the Department of Defense.

Mimi Wood
Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer for BlueCrest, Mimi is responsible for developing the company’s global HR strategy, including key programs impacting hiring and employee retention, and ensuring that these strategies and programs are executed across BlueCrest.

Mimi brings to her role a wealth of HR and leadership experience and a proven track record of transforming businesses across a variety of industries for maximum growth potential. Prior to joining BlueCrest, Mimi was Vice President of Global Field HR for Entegris, a Massachusetts-based technology company, where she led a team of 55 employees for the company’s Asia, EMEA and U.S. regions.

Previously, she held senior-level positions for 14 years at MasterCard, including SVP, Lead HR Business Partner for Worldwide Finance, Human Resources and the Law & Franchise Integrity business units; as well as, SVP, Head of Global HR for Mergers & Acquisitions; among others.

Prior to MasterCard, Mimi was the Head of HR at Beth Abraham Health Services (now Centerlight Healthcare) and held a variety of HR roles at National Westminster Bank and Macy’s Inc.

Mimi is a Board Member and Chair of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee at EverCare, a New York-based non-profit organization committed to the growth and development of community-based programs that keep those under its care safe and healthy in their own homes.

Mimi holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Charter Oak State College.
