printing-united-logo-2025-sm-1DANBURY, Conn. — September 17, 2026 — BlueCrest will exhibit at PRINTING United Expo, September 23–25, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will demonstrate its inserting equipment, inline printing systems, and cloud-based Strata software in Booth #N5511 in the North Hall, and will be on hand September 24 as the cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) formally presents its 2026 Industry Awards, including the Solution of the Year Award earned by BlueCrest and Renkim.

PRINTING United Expo draws print and mail operations from across North America and gives production teams a rare opportunity to see equipment running, compare platforms, and talk directly with the people who build and service them.

What Visitors Will See in Booth #N5511

  • Element Inserter Solution. The Element inserter is built for the modern mail operation to efficiently handle low-volume, low-page-count jobs. It is easy to operate, requires less floor space, and carries lower maintenance than other mail-inserting solutions. A tower feeder design offers flexible feeder capacity in a small footprint, which makes it a practical option for small to medium mailers looking to consolidate platforms and minimize labor. At the show, Element will run with the Print+ Statement inline printing system.
  • Epic® Inserter Solution. Live demonstrations will show the Epic inserter handling complex transactional work. Epic is designed for high-volume mailers who need to maintain accuracy at scale, with less operator handling and the ability to switch between job types without sacrificing runtime or integrity.

  • Print+ Statement Inline Printing System. Attendees will see how files are sent directly to the inline printer, automated through BlueCrest software, and finished into the envelope in a single process, simplifying reprints and short job runs.

  • Strata Cloud-Based Software. Demonstrations at the software pod will cover Strata Sphere, which provides operational reporting, postal optimization, and compliance insight, and Strata Output Manager, which delivers centralized print control and resource management for PDF workflows.

  • Service and Support. BlueCrest service leaders will be in the booth throughout the show to discuss implementation, maintenance, and optimization programs spanning people, processes, and technology.

Two 2026 CXMPA Industry Awards

CXMPA announced its 2026 Industry Award recipients on September 8 and will formally present the awards on September 24 at PRINTING United Expo as part of the association's full-day educational program.

CXMPA Award BlueCrest WinnerBlueCrest and Renkim received the 2026 Solution of the Year Award for Transforming Production Efficiency with Roll Printing. The implementation reshaped Renkim's print and mail production environment through high-speed roll-fed inkjet, intelligent workflow management, and production automation. It consolidated more than 400 daily jobs into fewer than 40 optimized workflows and supported more than 40% growth in printed images and inserted mailpieces over two years, while improving equipment utilization, reducing labor requirements, and expanding capacity without proportional increases in equipment.

BlueCrest also received an Honorable Mention for 2026 Technology of the Year for Strata Output Manager. The platform separates communication management from production execution, allowing organizations to centralize workflow control while supporting diverse devices, formats, production sites, and service providers across in-house, outsourced, and hybrid environments.

"One of these recognitions come from work done alongside a customer in a live production environment," said Kevin O'Connor, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at BlueCrest. "The Renkim project succeeded because two teams spent a long time understanding the workflow before changing it, and Strata Output Manager reflects the same principles of customer needs applied to software. We are glad to accept the awards in Las Vegas, and we are more interested in the conversations they open with operations facing similar questions."

BlueCrest serves as educational partner for the featured session Modern Mail Operations: From Workflow Efficiency to Strategic Advantage, taking place Thursday, September 24 at 11:00 AM in Room N120.

Buddy Perry, Director of Software and Print at BlueCrest, will moderate. Panelists include Joe Eremita, Director of Digital Solutions at BlueCrest; Richard Smith, Vice President of Service Operations at BlueCrest; Dave Brown, Vice President of Operations at Computershare; and Scott Mulkey, Principal Consultant at Quantre Solutions.

The session examines how organizations are transforming print and mail operations through workflow automation, production visibility, and operational control, with practical strategies for reducing manual touchpoints, optimizing production, and building operations that scale.

"Mail operations are being asked to do more with the same footprint, and the teams doing that well are the ones treating workflow as a strategic asset," O'Connor said. "That is the conversation we want to have in Las Vegas, both in the session and on the floor."
