The National Postal Forum (NPF), in partnership with the United States Postal Service, presents a dynamic forum for education, networking and growth. In addition, the Forum features 120+ educational workshops and sessions, all designed to enhance your industry knowledge and mailing and shipping strategies.

History of the National Postal Forum

The National Postal Forum (NPF) is an annual conference and tradeshow for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the mailing and shipping industry. It serves as a platform for USPS executives, industry leaders, and mailing professionals to come together, exchange ideas, discuss trends, and learn about new technologies and services in the postal and shipping sector.

The NPF traces its origins back to the early 1960s when it was initially known as the "USPS National Postal Forum." The forum was created as a venue for USPS to communicate directly with its customers and stakeholders, particularly those in the business mailing community. Over the years, it has evolved into a premier event for the industry, attracting thousands of attendees from various sectors, including business, government, non-profit organizations, and suppliers.

Throughout its history, the NPF has adapted to changes in the postal industry, incorporating new topics, technologies, and best practices relevant to the evolving needs of both USPS and its customers. The forum typically features keynote speeches, educational sessions, workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and an expansive exhibit hall showcasing the latest products and services in the mailing and shipping industry.

The NPF plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between USPS and its customers, promoting innovation, and addressing challenges facing the postal and shipping sector. It continues to serve as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, professional development, and relationship building within the industry.
