BlueCrest Sites use several automatic data collection tools and techniques including cookies, and similar technologies, such as clickstream, and web beacons.

Depending on the type and purpose of the use of the individual cookies and similar technologies, they are classified into different categories (e.g. Strictly necessary, Functional, Performance and Targeting).

With the exception of cookies and similar technologies categorised as 'Strictly Necessary', we use them on the legal basis of your consent.

If you have consented to such use, we will also use your IP address for statistics or marketing and advertising purposes.

Tracking Requests
We do not act on, alter, or change our Site behavior upon receiving Do Not Track requests from your browser.

Our service providers, including our affiliates, are required to keep confidential and secure the Personal Information received from us in accordance with this Privacy Statement and they may not use it for any other purpose other than for the purpose for which BlueCrest provided it to the service provider. When we share your Personal Information with third parties that we engage to process data on our behalf, including our affiliates, we will ensure that those third parties are contractually bound to guarantee the same levels of privacy protection and confidentiality observed by BlueCrest when handling your Personal Information, where required under applicable laws.

We may also make information available to third parties in the following circumstances:

  • when it is required by law or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement activity; or

In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, such Personal Information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires any of our companies, businesses, or assets, that acquiring company may acquire your Personal Information. Depending on the particular scenario, there may be different legal bases for such data transfers. Usually this can be based on a legitimate interest. If required by applicable law, you will be informed separately about the transfer of your data in detail. We cannot guarantee that a company that receives such data in connection with one of these transactions will comply with all the provisions of this Privacy Statement after such a transaction. However, it is our practice to seek reasonable protection for Personal Information in these types of transactions.
