Service technicians and engineers may come from various industries such as business machines, production printing, mail inserting or sorting equipment or automotive.
The need is for strong troubleshooting and repair skills, mechanical, electromechanical and diagnostic knowledge, self-motivation and a positive attitude. Often working directly on client sites, you would champion new processes, ensure production is maintained and that the client is satisfied.
